Who We Are

FROM ONE TO TWO HUNDRED

In 1992, TME Enterprises, Inc. was founded for the sole purpose of providing right of way maintenance services for local municipalities. Today, TME is one of the countries leading Right of Way Asset Maintenance contractors. With over 20 contracts and 230 employees, TME has outpaced the industry’s growth trend and is uniquely positioned to be at the forefront of the industry well into the 21st century.

Much of TME’s success comes from its focus on combining age-proven methods with advancing technologies.

TME believes in managing from the “ground up” not the “top down”. This is accomplished with constant reevaluation of our client’s needs with our field operations to ensure we are exceeding the client expectation whilst developing operational efficiencies. The end result: High Quality with High Output.

TME was the first to develop and implement a real-time, Computerized Asset Management System (CAMS), with a web based customer interface, solely for the performance of Asset Maintenance Contracts. This approach has streamlined the execution and management of all our Asset Maintenance Contracts and has single handedly changed our competitiveness. In addition, this innovation allows our customers to electronically monitor TME’s operations from the internet anytime, anywhere, on a live time basis.

TME is truly a one-stop-source for cost-controlled Asset Maintenance.

What is a Right of Way Asset Maintenance Contract? This is a unique and innovative contracting approach whereby a government entity contracts with a private contractor for the management and maintenance of assets located within a given right of way. This is a performance based contract that allows the contractor the flexibility to manage and perform the work in the most efficient manner without government directives. The government agency monitors the contractor’s maintenance management program and conducts evaluations based upon the contract performance specifications.
